Located at the foot of the majestic Cévennes mountains, just a few kilometres from Anduze and its famous potteries, our winery, founded in 1924, covers 400 hectares of vines. With a production of around 23,000 hectolitres, our cellar stands out for its culture of quality.

vins biologiques, sans sulfites blanc rouge rose conseils éclairé et personnel très sympathique et avenant, très agréable à l écoute de vos envies et des vins recherchés. beau travail de vinification, vins classique aussi, et toujours peu bisulfites par rapport au standard et quantité de sulfites habituelle. accès facile, bref allez y vous ne serez pas déçu présence de jus de raisin bio très bien pour tous enfants aussi bien sur….je suis client depuis quelques années et j habite pourtant à 80 km de cette cave…voilà…

J’ai goûté le pur sans sulfites 2020. Pas convaincu du tout. La feuille de dégustation, on parle d arômes de fruits rouges. On en est loin il me semble. Bizarrement, il me rappelle plutôt des arômes d’alcool type vodka. Mais ça vient peut être de moi, les goûts et les couleurs…. Par contre, les crampes dans les jambes qui suivent la nuit, c’est spécial.
03/08 réponse de la cave sur le fait que la bouteille est trop vieille par rapport à sa capacité de garde. C est sans doute vrai mais je l ai achetée 7 jours avant dans un Super U à côté de chez moi. Il faudrait sans doute prévenir les distributeurs.

Cave et personnel super sympa, à chaque passage dans la région on s’y arrête. Tarifs très modérés et possibilité de faire des coffrets cadeaux 👍. N’hésitez pas à y faire une pause !
